I wanted to get a mosaic done for my parents anniversary gift and looked to free mosaic software as a starting point. I must have tried 4 or 5 different downloadable programs with the same results, a cheap low quality look. After deciding to go with Picture Mosaics it was clear why the online software was free. My final mosaic was sharp, clear, and the colors looked incredible. It was an amazing mosaic.
